In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

• "yuk69", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the yuk69 platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities responsible for the provision of the Services described herein.
• "Platform" — the website accessible at https://yuk69.cam and all associated mobile-optimized pages, sub-domains, and digital interfaces operated by yuk69.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any individual who registers an account on the Platform and uses any Service offered therein.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access Services, manage balances, and process transactions.
• "Services" — the full suite of online gambling products offered by yuk69, including but not limited to sports betting (bandar bola, or sports bookmaking as understood in the Indonesian market), live casino games, slot machines, crash games, Keno, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free bet tokens, cashback amounts, or any other non-cashable value credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, consisting of identity and address verification steps required before certain account actions are processed.
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which yuk69 Account Balances are denominated and all transactions are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total betting turnover that must be achieved on eligible games before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

To open and maintain an Account on yuk69, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your Account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
4. You do not have an existing yuk69 Account that has been suspended, restricted, or closed by yuk69 for any reason.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from yuk69 or any associated platform.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of yuk69, or a close family member of any such individual.
7. You are of sound mind and registering of your own free will.

yuk69 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of the KYC process. Providing false information regarding eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Each individual may hold exactly one Account on yuk69. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held within them will be voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your national identity card (KTP) or passport.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A unique, active email address not already associated with another yuk69 Account.
• An Indonesian mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• The name and account number of your preferred Indonesian bank (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, or another supported institution) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) for withdrawal purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information on your Account. Any change of name, bank account, or contact details must be communicated to yuk69 support and may require KYC re-verification. yuk69 accepts no liability for failed transactions resulting from inaccurate account details provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. yuk69 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify yuk69 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

yuk69 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. Any bets, wagers, or transactions made prior to yuk69 receiving a report of unauthorized access will be treated as valid and binding.

yuk69 reserves the right to lock or suspend any Account where suspicious activity, potential fraud, or security risk is detected. In such cases, the Account holder will be contacted through their registered email address to initiate an account review process.

yuk69 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following supported payment channels:

All deposits must be funded from a payment source registered in your own legal name. yuk69 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, credit card cash advances, or any payment instrument that is not linked to a verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered to the Player.

yuk69 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which yuk69 accepts no responsibility. Deposits that fail due to incorrect transfer details provided by the Player are not the liability of yuk69, though our support team will assist in tracing and resolving such transactions where possible.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time provided that your Account Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered on your yuk69 Account and verified through KYC.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank Transfer: 15 minutes to 60 minutes from approval, processed between 07:00 and 23:00 WIB daily.
• OVO / DANA / GoPay / ShopeePay / LinkAja: 5 minutes to 30 minutes from approval.

yuk69 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. In the event that a Player's account has not previously undergone full identity verification, the first withdrawal request will trigger a KYC review. Players are advised to complete KYC proactively to avoid delays.

yuk69 does not impose withdrawal fees. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours may be queued and processed at the next available opportunity. In periods of high demand, processing times may be extended; yuk69 will communicate any delays affecting withdrawals through the in-platform notification system.

yuk69 offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms disclosed at the point of the individual offer:

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds must be turned over (wagered) a minimum of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount on eligible games before any withdrawal of winnings derived from those Bonus Funds can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement will be displayed clearly on each promotion's dedicated page.
2. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100%; slot games contribute between 50% and 100% depending on the title; live casino table games contribute between 10% and 20%. Full contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
3. Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited unless an alternative expiry period is specified in the promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are voided automatically.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Reload bonuses and cashback offers may run concurrently with other active promotions where the promotion terms explicitly permit this.
5. Abuse and Collusion: yuk69 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion, or other bad-faith conduct is suspected or detected. Determinations in this regard are at yuk69's sole discretion.

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed through yuk69 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the relevant rules before participating. A summary of key betting rules is set out below:

• Sportsbook: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, etc.) at the conclusion of the standard regulation period unless otherwise stated. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the wager to return a payout. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at yuk69's discretion.
• Live Casino: Game outcomes are determined by the result of the live dealer session as streamed from the studio. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round result will be recorded and the bet settled based on that result once the connection is restored.
• Slots: All slot game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes on individual sessions.
• Crash Games: Crash game outcomes are determined by a provably fair algorithm. Players must cash out before the multiplier crashes; failure to cash out before the crash results in the full stake being lost.
• Togel: Togel draws are conducted according to published draw schedules. Results are final once the draw has been completed and verified. No claims will be accepted after settlement has been processed.
• Keno: Keno draw results are generated by a certified RNG. Players select numbers before each draw; payouts are determined by the number of matches according to the published paytable.

yuk69 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has concluded, or placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a system error. Players will be notified of any void settlements through their registered email address.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yuk69 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Participating in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting schemes designed to exploit odds or game outcomes.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose related to illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any yuk69 employee, support agent, or other Platform user.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, design, or content.

All content on the yuk69 Platform — including but not limited to the yuk69 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of yuk69 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without yuk69's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yuk69 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by factors outside yuk69's reasonable control, including internet outages, telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or third-party payment processing issues.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where yuk69 has not been demonstrably negligent in its security obligations.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or statistics published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

In no event shall yuk69's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or related to these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

yuk69 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides all Players with access to the following tools directly from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform at any time.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yuk69 is incorporated. For disputes arising from the use of the Platform by Indonesian residents, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through yuk69's internal complaints procedure before pursuing any other avenue.
